If you’ve ever done any cabinetmaking you know that a good coat of shellac can really protect and beautify the wood. But did you know that the same stuff can also “beautify and protect” your food as well? Protect it from what…drying out, size reduction..the sort of things that keep it looking good even though it’s getting quite old. Now you might think I’m kidding. Well I’m not.
