One if the things about going Gluten-Free is that you have to give up so many great foods. One of these is Pasta which being made from wheat is a big problem. So we bought a bag of the Tinkyada Organic Gluten-Free Brown Rice Pasta to check it out. Here’s what we found.

I was just doing the dishes and noticed that I was washing some old yogurt containers and an empty jar that once contained salsa..Looking over to the stove is a small bottle of extra virgin olive oil….I think I bought that bottle last year and have been refilling it from large bulk jugs of the stuff.. keeps the oil handy and in an easy to pour container.
