Yesterday I’m gabbing away as usual..finished copping the day’s vegetables. Give the knife a rinse, a dry and starting in for a few swipes across the sharpening stone. Blah blah look away knife swipes across the top of the old thumb instead of the stone. And the knife does a good job at what it’s suppose to do. However, a lot of pressure and a butterfly stitch after and all is well.
