I’ve been spending more time travelling lately for my business which makes it even more challenging to live Organic, Gluten-Free and Dairy-Free. There’s a ton of food available out there but the conventional crowd has quite literally fouled it up in one way or another.

 Did a few things that didn’t work out.. One was this mix of precooked vegi’s that included things such as sweet potatoes. That didn’t work too well as the sweet potatoes sort of melted as the day wore on and turned into this orange mush. ..Not good.

 A few good things have been the fruits, whole tomatoes (with a paring knife, a little plate (a real one that I just bring home for washing at the end of the day) some salt and pepper..nice) ..things like that. Have also found it to be extremely helpful to do some scouting on the web to find the Organic Markets along the way. Many of them have this little food service area going on which is nice.

 Anyway the key is planning, planning and more planning.
