Because of chemical poisoning causing my body to have become an amazing chemical experiment when I eat, I no longer can eat hot peppers. I’m experimenting with other heat sources. I use horseradish a lot but haven’t found it good with oils. Any other suggestions?
This may not be the appropriate place but would you have any non vinegar picles or pickles done in oil? I’ve heard of them.
I need probiotics but can’t(super can’t have dairy sources).
Hey Caroline, I also found that conventional foods do impact my physical and mental state to an amazing degree. Not sure what would work since I’m no way a physician. Also, as you probably know probiotics are available in capsule form (believe they’re dairy free but not certain). Word is that you should purchase these from a good quality vitamin store where they are refrigerated (as the bacteria tend to die off at room temp). Good luck on detoxing and coming back up to full natural health! Theo
