Last night my date was running late so had to take a detour, run into Whole Foods, made up a couple of salads & bought a pound of wild haddock. Just had time to put something together before heading out the door (had tickets so we had to get out of there).  Tossed the salads with some extra virgin olive oil and vinegar. Set aside.
