The day trip with a business associate last week actually turned out pretty well. As you may or may not recall, I was travelling in Connecticut with this guy from New York who was a big conventional eater. Unlike Vegas, this trip focused on veggies and protein. Made some mixed veggies, tossed them in a little extra virgin olive oil & sliced in some raw garlic for a bit of kick. Then had some fish cooked with a drizzle of olive oil.
