As you may know, I am a BIG fan of the Newman’s Own Organic Foods. I love the quality, availability, price and the fact that the money earned helps make the world a better place. As with all cooking (and as in relationships for that matter) what ingredients you bring in determines what you get out. Or said another way GIGO – Garbage in / Garbage Out. … As we said before one of the biggest favors a cook can do for himself and his guests is to use the finest ingredients possible. It was my birthday last Sunday which also happens to be my excuse de jour for not posting. But in addition to being an excuse for goofing off, I got some cool new gifts as well.
