Risotto is one of those Classic Italian Side Dishes that we all love but many are intimidated to prepare. Sure you can use a box of “Premix” old ingredients that are most likely contaminated by “flavorings” and “preservatives”..ugh… And you know making your own is really a piece of cake, especially after you’ve done it a few times. That being said we give you an Organic Risotto Recipe.
